Our own team is responsible for constructing new buildings as general contractor, for leasing, and for providing tenants with a full-service experience — offering optimal conditions for creative work and recreation — as well as for operations and maintenance. This operating model means that we develop for ourselves, so right from the design stage the primary considerations alongside tenant needs are ease of leasing and economical operation.
