We draw the whistleblower's attention to the consequences of a bad faith report: a bad faith report made by Graphisoft Park employees may have employment law consequences. If it becomes apparent that the whistleblower has provided materially false information in bad faith and thereby constitutes a crime or violation, his/her personal data must be transferred to the body or person authorized to conduct the procedure, or if there is reasonable grounds to believe that he/she has unlawfully caused damage or other legal infringement to another person, his/her personal data must be transferred upon request to the body or person authorized to initiate or conduct the procedure.
